Shipping & Returns We charge actual postage or courier fees, and do not charge extra for packaging unless the order requires the construction of a special box, crate or mailing tube. Most of what we sell ships from the Philippines. Transit time by Air Mail or Air Parcel Post to most destinations is about two weeks; courier service usually takes four days. Most of the documents that we offer are printed (and if requested, bound) to order. We will replace documents damaged in transit, but will only accept returns if the documents were not as described in our catalog. We will not accept any returns without prior approval. Bear in mind that no copy can be better than its original or master; we warrant our copies to be fully legible unless our catalog entry says otherwise, but make no promises beyond that.
